Fixed fee meeting
We can also offer an in depth comprehensive fixed fee meeting (1 hour) for £150. This is a very good way to get outline advice regarding your case and to consider how best to proceed.

Fixed fees, agreed fees or hourly rates
We can offer a wide range of legal services on a fixed fee or agreed fee basis, for example:
- To fully represent you in connection with your divorce, our fixed fees start at £500 plus court fees, disbursements and VAT.
- To draw up a legally binding financial settlement for you (a 'consent order' or a 'separation agreement') or in regards to children. Our fixed fees start at £750 plus court fees, disbursements and VAT.
- Mediated settlements: We can draw up a consent order to give legal effect to a settlement agreed at mediation and our fixed fees start at £750 plus court fees, disbursements and VAT.
- To draw up or advise on & execute a pre-marital agreement (a prenuptial) or a cohabitation agreement our fixed fees start at £1,000 plus disbursements and VAT.
We are always happy to discuss fixed costs and agreed fees.
For more complex cases we work on a traditional hourly-rate basis.
